 White coloured, soft and cold when touched, a snow capped mountains with streams frozen making the place more beautiful. I would respect his/her opinion. Very person have their own perspective and rules in live. Every one's opinion to a situation or a thing will always be different.

 Personal - social qualities plays a very vital role in our every day life.  This skills not only are crucial for students interpersonal relationships at home but also for creating an effective and conductive teaching - learning environment. Therfore making it helpful in learning. Yes teachers as effective facilitators play a crucial role in ensuring holistic development of student by not only providing knowledge and developing their cognitive skills but also by nurturing in them personal - social qualities  and necessary  skills.

 I am a hard working person. Punctuality and helping others in need will be my biggest strength.

 During the covid -19 pandemic I could be in touch with the students by creating Whatsaapp group for them and through phone calls. Most of the parents doesn't use android phones therefore all the students couldn't be in th group. Also provided worksheet to the the student whi could not join the WhatsApp group.

 Action points that emerge from the fable for addressing diversity in the classroom is how to live and work in a society where every individual is unique. Diversity improves critical thinking skills,builds empathy and encourages students  to think differently.
